Iran-linked propaganda targeting President Donald Trump’s family has again focused on his youngest son, Barron Trump, raising fresh questions about how far hostile messaging from Tehran now extends beyond officials and into the lives of their relatives.
Foreign media reports say Iranian outlets have circulated material that names Barron, who is 20, and includes an alleged $10 million bounty. The claims have spread quickly online, but key details have not been independently confirmed. The reported campaign follows earlier propaganda directed at First Lady Melania Trump and at the president himself, and it arrives as Washington and Tehran remain locked in a period of unusually sharp confrontation.
One earlier video, circulated by Tasnim News Agency, an outlet widely associated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, was described as containing graphic threats involving Melania Trump. Reports said the material referenced locations tied to her public appearances and presented violent scenarios. According to those accounts, the video closed with a warning aimed at Barron, signaling that family members who have generally stayed out of politics could still be pulled into the propaganda war.
